International Women's Day（IWD），is United Nations women's rights and international peace day.In china,we call it “International Working Women’s Day ,Mar 8thDay or Mar 8th for Women’s Day .It is a festival that sets up on March 8 every year to celebrate the important contributions and great achievements made by women in the economic, political and social fields.

We held the 11th Women's Congress of Hangzhou Hengli Metal Processing Co, Ltd. on the third floor of the canteen,at 12:00-12:30, March 8th . The meeting was convened and presided over by Mr. Lai Binqiang(the vice general manager , chairman of the labor union)and Mr. Zhang Weihuan(the manager of the finance department and the vice chairman of the labor union) ,to give a full and happy holiday for female employees.The meeting was held in the form of a conversation, and fresh fruit was prepared for the female employees, so that they would feel the atmosphere of the festival.

The meeting began at 12:08. Mr. Lai Binqiang and Mr. Zhang Weihuan expressed their wishes to all female employees, communicated with the employees, and distributed flowers to each employee .

The annual "March 8th" Women's Day is coming. Our company selects gifts for female employees in advance. After layers of screening, we finally choose the air fryer as a gift, which is free from the oil smoke and they can cook food more quickly with it.

There is a kind of profession that no one can replace, there is a kind of gentleness that no one can match, and there is a kind of discourse that looks like a light rain in spring. I wish you a happy "March 8" Women's Day!
